Content Directory is the organization of the content. By Placing your content under different directories helps the users accessing your content more efficiently. The Front End Editing (FrEE) system allows you build directory systems directly on the end page. Directory system will be generated into navigation system automatically.

COMSHARP CMS allows at most 3 levels of directory deep. This is a hard coded limitation by design. According to website Usability rules , we strongly recommend a flat structured content organization. If your content is deeper than 3 levels, you can use the paging & tag features. For any way, placing content under very deep directory structures will frustrate your visitors.

The relation between directory and content

• Content can be stored on any Directory.
• Sub Directory is stored under Main Directory.
• Page Directory is stored under Sub Directory.
